It’s true. You are with you eat and while I do not subscribe to a total plant-based diet, I consider myself a “part-time vegetarian” because it is not a bad thing. However, as I get older I realize that along with every other part of my body, my digestive tract is changing and needs a little boost every now and then.
Probiotics are excellent but I have noticed some increasing episodes of heart burn and wanted to try something else.
This seems to be working quite well and while I am not celiac or gluten-intolerant much like giving up processed sugar (as much as possible), I have noticed a boost in my overall feeling of good health.
